Our History

The Ship Gift Ship has been family owned and operated since 1998. 

John and Sharon Bondellio, the Ship Gift Shop's original owners, first purchased "The Ship Restaurant" from owner Pat Simpson. Keeping the nautical décor, they converted the dining area into The Ship Gift Shop featuring footwear, clothing, souvenirs, gifts, and River Rat cheese. 

After 20 years, John converted the bar into a half-price room. Operation continues today under the leadership of their daughter, Linda Bondellio.
